Regulatory investment test process

 

The diagram below outlines the process of regulatory investment tests for distribution and transmission investments.

The RIT-D process applies to the distribution projects with the most expensive viable option cost more than $6 million, while the RIT-T process applies to the transmission projects with the most expensive viable option cost more than $6 million.
