Ausgrid is transforming. Over the next decade, we will evolve from simply distributing electricity to transmitting it, storing it, and facilitating the charging of electric vehicles. More than a network, we're a company driven by our purpose of making electricity accessible for all.

We value our culture of working and living safely, remaining customer-focused, commercially minded, collaborative, honest, accountable, and respectful.

Our Engineering Graduate Program brings together individuals from various engineering disciplines, infusing our organisation with innovative ideas and technical expertise that drive our success and growth. In return, our graduates are rewarded with an enriching two-year developmental experience that serves as a launchpad for their career.
